At PosterManiacs we offer six different papers for posters. Each paper stock has been selected based on its printability and what is common for posters. All posters at PosterManiacs are printed on an Inkjet Printing Press using UV Inks. We offer the following stocks for your poster.

100# Gloss Text Poster Paper

This paper has a high gloss to it and makes colors more vibrant. It is a littler thicker than magazine paper but is not a card stock. The 100# gloss text is primarily used for posters that will be framed or used to hang on a wall.

100# Matte Text Poster Paper

Our 100# Matte text has a dull finish and will help subdue the printing, so it is not so vibrant. Like the 100# gloss paper, it is a littler thicker than magazine paper.

100# Gloss Cover Poster Paper

This Gloss Cover paper is a 100# card stock and will make the color pop. This type of card stock is used when you want a paper that is a little bit more durable than a text weight paper.

100# Matte Cover Poster Paper

This Matte Cover paper is a 100# card stock and will have a dull finish and make the printing colors more subdued. This type of card stock is used when you want a paper that is a little bit more durable than a text weight paper.

80# Canvas Text – Great for Fine Prints

The 80# Canvas Text is a littler thinner than our 100# text, but it is great for Fine Art Prints. This paper has a canvas finish and will give posters a look and feel of a painted canvas. This paper is also a non-gloss paper, and the ink colors will be subdued.

8 Mil Synthetic Cover – Great for Outdoors

Our 8 Mil Synthetic Cover is a great paper choice for any posters that will be outside in the elements. The paper is a cover weight and is tear and weather resistant. If you are printing individual Team Sports players and hanging them on a fence outside, this is the stock you want to use. This stock is also good for outdoor signs as well.
